This Blog is devoted to experiences people have had, renting our vacation units on Condado Beach in San Jan Puerto Rico and in our villas in Rancho Sin Vacas in the Tucson Arizona Foothills.
Susan and I spent the last 15 years developing this business and have consistently resisted drawing money from the rent income and instead, reinvested any disposable revenue back into the rental units to maintin them and upgrade them.
It is our goal that our guests will feel like they discovered a ‘best’ deal when they arrive and enjoy themselves.
